Yes. If the product doesn’t matches or if the product damaged u can exchange our ponytail Human hair extensions on the same date when u received it. We strictly will not accept return after 2 days from the date of delivery.
If you are returning your order for exchange, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Apart from this if u want shorter or longer sizes or different texture u have to pay extra shipping and handling fee to exchange it.
